Italdelta-Fortuna Oil and Gas Ltd is an International Oil Company (IOC), registered in Italy and also officially incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria.

The Company was formally incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria on the 1st of September, 2021.

The Company is fast becoming a major player in the Oil and Gas Industry with clients and partners across all continents.

In the short period of its existence, the company has endeared itself to numerous clients and is continuing to be more and more relevant in the Oil and Gas Sector.

The Company continues to receive requests for products from buyers all over the world.

The Company has Italians, Ghanaians and Nigerians on the Board and is also looking forward to having more businessmen and women from several other countries around the world.

The company is seriously involved in buying and selling of Bonny Light Crude Oil  (BLCO), AGO, Aviation Fuel, Base Oil, and other petroleum products in the hitherto  difficult, volatile and uncertain international oil and gas sector, thanks to its honest and credible management team that have zero tolerance for fraud and corruption that is prevalent in the sector and indeed in all spheres of the economy.
